Shipping & Returns

Orion Guitar Gear accepts returns of new unused items for a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment. All returns and exchanges must be sent back with all tags and any original packaging. Please write to [email protected], including a copy of your invoice or any order information you have available to ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return. You will receive an email response with return or exchange instructions and an address to send the product back to.

In your email, please indicate if you would like to receive an exchange or a refund. If you are exchanging an item, please include a $10 check, cash or money order to cover the shipping from Orion Guitar Gear back to you! If you are sending an item in for a refund, please do not send the $10 for return shipping.
